Job Title: Operations Manger
Salary: £45,000 + Bonus
Work Type: On site
Locations: Birmingham
The Duties:
- Oversee the smooth and safe daily operations of your branch.
- Work alongside Stock Controllers and Senior Operations
- Employee safety is a top priority, so you'll work alongside colleagues in Risk, Health and Safety, and Compliance, while providing coaching and mentoring to Shift Managers.
- Management of a 3PL Function
- Set and manage KPIs in agreement with the Operations Director.
- Support daily cycle counting and year-end stock
- Conduct regular stock audits to ensure accuracy and address discrepancies.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service
