About the role:

  • Operations Manager to oversee manufacturing, design and installation / construction functions
  • Ensuring targets for productivity, quality and deadlines are met within the above functions
  • Responsibility for two facilities both located in the West of Ireland - each location with its own Production Manager


About you:

  • Solid management experience from the construction industry, or manufacturing for construction
  • Good people manager, able to motivate and keep your teams focussed with their targets
  • Very real desire for a long-term future in the West of Ireland
  • Proven team player, with strong people skills
  • Commitment to quality, coupled with an awareness of critical and often challenging deadlines
