An industry-leading Distribution business, boasting an enviable client base within the retail distribution & e-commerce sectors are looking to expand their prestigious management team with the addition of a new Operations Manager.
Those serious about this opportunity will have recognisable experience as an Operations Manager within a 3PL or Retail Distribution Logistics business - ideally with an in-depth understanding of E-Commerce within a distribution environment.
The Candidate:
As the successful Operations Manager you are likely to have significant experience in the following areas:
WMS or WMS Implementations
Process Improvement experience
Managing customer dedicated operations to agreed KPIs
People management
Team development and growth
Larger scale operation: 5 - 10K pallet storage MIN
Producing business operating plans in cooperation with senior management teams
You should also possess the following:
ILM Management Level 3 or equivalent
Highly numerate and literate with excellent IT skills, specifically within the Microsoft platform
Full clean driving licence
