Location: Office and Projects Central London based

Salary: £65,000 - £80,000

My client is currently seeking an Operations Manager to join their team, focusing on minor works FRA (Fire Risk Assessment) social housing and construction projects.

The role will be based in their central London office.

This is an opportunity to work for one of the leading Construction and Social Housing groups in the UK.

What does a Operations Manager role entail?

  • Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of workmanship in minor works FRA projects.

Requirements for the Operations Manager role:

  • Good understanding of UK fire safety legislation's
  • Must hold a fire safety qualification such as NEBOSH
  • Firm knowledge of the built environment (building regulations and health and safety legislation's
  • IFSM and IFE is desirable
  • Must have previous Social Housing FRA experience
