Permanent - Full time 45 hours per week

Salary Circa 60,000 per annum

As Regional Manager you be a part of our forward thinking lead team reporting to the joint venture director.

You will be collaborative in your approach as you act as the KCD (Kier, Clancy Docwra) Lead for all repair and Maintenance activity in the Thames Valley region.

With turnover at approximately 30m per annum you will be responsible for all production and operations.

Organisation and a methodical approach will be key for you, as you strive to deliver the best for the client.

As the Regional Manager you will provide accountability, manage, monitor and resource the end to end delivery of JV services for the allocated region from demand to completion. You'll manage the performance of the business unit to include safety, profitability, growth, service delivery and customer satisfaction.
