Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a sector-leading company specialising in fire and security systems in the South London area who are looking for a brand new Operations Support Manager to join their team covering reactive, remedial and small works calls ensuring delivery as per the contracted KPI's on the contract.
Duties:
- Managing incoming reactive, remedial and small works calls so that calls are attended too within the contractual guidelines from the engineer teams.
- Managing calls over 10 days old that are of an exception and outside of customer KPI
- Implementation of specialist subcontractor works if required
- Enforce company policy on Health & Safety
- Responsibility for complying with and implementing the Q&E management system within their area of activity
- Any other relevant duties as appropriate to the role as assigned by the Contract Manager
- Holiday cover, covering Contract Manager and Operations Support Manager
- Post Inspections, attend a percentage of calls that have been completed to ensure high levels of engineer performance
- Hybrid role with 50% office/home based & 50% field based
Key Performance Areas:
- Managing workflow
- Weekly review of timesheets
- Reporting issues to Contract Manager
- Evaluating performance and providing feedback
- To maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications needed:
- A good technical knowledge on Fire, Door entry, Access control and CCTV systems
- Must have hands on experience of working with engineering teams
- Experience of Health & Safety requirements
- Competent IT skills (including Outlook, Excel & Word)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
