About the role
You will be working on the BT ONSA contract in Hampshire and Berkshire including the Isle Of White. You will lead the gang in the provision and recovery of telegraph poles on the asset assurance programme ensuring safe right first time delivery. Whilst working in a team, you will be picking up tight tours of pole work in and around the Hampshire but mainly Berkshire area. You will be in charge of the full end to end delivery of work planned for the day, maintaining stock levels on the PEU enabling an efficient delivery, as well as ensuring all Openreach quality standards are maintained on every installation.
What do we need from you?
To be successful in this role you must have Telecoms and Copper Network experience and a Driver Certificate of Professional Competence. You must have experience in using a tablet and sending emails. It would be desirable if you have a HIAB Crane Licence, IPAF (International Powered Access Federation) License and Tachograph Card.
