Kier are looking to hire an experienced Operative Foreman to join our team on our Surrey County Council contract. With a flexible approach and high-quality of work delivered within strict timescales our Operative Foreman are essential to keep the project moving forward. For this role it is crucial that you have previous operative foreman experience.

Holding NRSWA a full HGV Class 2/1 and a valid driving licence, CPC training, having knowledge and experience of highways activities and demonstrating the ability to react to the changing needs of the service environment is vital to the maintenance of road network.

Part of this means being available to work on our Winter Maintenance /Call out rota between October and April, including Immediate Response and Minor Works & Drainage works and ensure all essentials are delivered in line with Legislative & Company Requirements including policies and procedures.
