Our client is an award-winning practice with offices in Dublin, Galway, Sligo, and London. They work across a wide variety of sectors, including residential, healthcare, workplace, education, interiors, and urban design. As they continue to grow, they're seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to join their established team in Dublin.
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce technically robust architectural deliverables (drawings, specifications, schedules) using Revit
- Coordinate layouts and develop full tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale projects
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality outputs
- Contribute to cost management and ensure technical decisions align with project budgets
- Attend site visits and provide construction and technical support
- Ensure all work complies with company QA procedures and industry standards
- Identify opportunities to optimise design, improve efficiencies and enhance profitability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience in architectural technology with a focus on large-scale project delivery
- Highly proficient in Revit (essential), with experience in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite
- Skilled in NBS Chorus specification writing
- Strong understanding of BIM processes, Irish Building Codes, and Planning Regulations
- Demonstrated experience in producing detailed designs and full technical documentation
- Experience working collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
- Full eligibility to work in Ireland and a full driving licence.

A well-established Lettings & Property Management company is looking for an organised Lettings/Sales Administrator to join their friendly team in the Borough of Harrow.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in administration and customer service, with a passion for the lettings industry and a proactive approach to problem solving. They should be polite, well-presented, with the ability to think on their feet and consistently go above and beyond for clients. Reporting to the Lettings Managers, they will be responsible for delivering excellent service while handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Duties:
- Developing relationships with existing and new landlords
- Assisting with general queries
- Updating spreadsheets ready for weekly meetings and/or monthly review
- Administering details on Reapit, and ensuring notes are made clearly
- Updating internal documents and keeping the Office Folders current and tidy
- Responding to telephone and website leads and assisting Lettings Managers with arranging appointments
- Assist with sending daily statements/invoices, and having the ability to learn and understand basic fee input and reviewing transaction data
- Liaising with Accounts to discuss rent or statement queries
- Administration of new let progression using Reapit and Goodlord, and troubleshooting any delays
- Registering deposits in relevant deposit scheme
- Liaising with solicitors for advice if required
- Assisting with chasing rent arrears or overdue fees
- Prepare and assist with serving Section 21s
- Updating window cards and marketing information on a regular basis
- Updating/adding properties onto our website and various portals, i.e. Rightmove and Zoopla
- Organising To Let/For Sale board process
- Administering of obtaining Landlord and Tenant ID, and ensuring we have signed T&C's and any other required document tracking
- Sending out memos about new sales enquiries
- Assisting with renewals and checking portals for similar properties on the market
Requirements/Previous Experience:
- Previous experience in an Administration role within Lettings is a must!
- Confident in liaising with a variety of people at different levels via phone and email
- Strong secretarial and management support experience
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Confidence in using a variety of computer software and ability to learn
- Proactive and flexible to ensure smooth running of the Lettings Department
- A good understanding of Agreements and Clauses/Industry Regulations
