* Accurate completion of job notes and reports using mobile devices

As A Field Service Engineer You Will Have:

* Electro-mechanical background - medical, coffee, vending, white goods or similar all transferable
* Full clean UK driving licence (essential)
* Experience working in field service roles
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Flexible, reliable, and able to work independently

This role is based from the office and offers the chance to work closely with engineers, site teams, and main contractors, ensuring coordinated, buildable BIM models that support efficient site delivery and offsite manufacturing. Perform well in this role and you'll have the opportunity to step into a senior-level BIM position, supporting larger projects and mentoring junior team members.

Your Role as a BIM Coordinator Will Include:

  • Producing and coordinating mechanical and electrical BIM models to support live projects
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date models and drawings, ensuring changes are communicated clearly to the wider project team
  • Supporting design coordination through clash detection, issue resolution, and model reviews
