The Role:
- The Project Manager will support and deliver a range of projects across the UK. As a Project Manager you will lead the full project life cycle and deliver multiple projects ensuring the high standards and deadlines are met within budget and scope. Passionate about construction and delivery, you will drive your teams to deliver outstanding work in fast paced environments that exceeds client expectations.

What you’ll be doing:
- Responsible for delivering a range of projects and executing the needs of clients in accordance with project requirements.
- Managing the entire project life cycle for your projects whilst managing all budgets, project timeline and cost sign off.
- Leading client roll outs for both new stores and refurbishments within project brief
- Responsible for all programming, schedules and project delivery dates for aligned projects
- Leading site meetings, monitoring progress, issuing minutes and updating cost reports.
- Responsible for new sites feasibility studies, providing detailed risk analysis and top line estimates for clients.
- Providing value engineering for all elements of construction without compromising the quality of the build.
- Producing weekly client updates and briefs to keep the client informed at all times
- Producing detailed estimates and capex forecasts based on a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of costs and rates
- Ability to communicate effectively to clients and contractors regarding UK building compliance and legislation
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for projects, in particular around M&E, FF&E and value engineering and ability to challenge contractors and suppliers on these areas
- Negotiating contracts and schedules of works for M&E, FF&E to enable value engineering
- Influence and over see all health and safety compliance for your projects
- Providing effective communication with all key stake holders through accurate and timely reporting of project updates and status
- Identify and articulate significant risks to a project and manage solutions, responses and communication regarding those risks
- Managing all external consultants for your projects and ensuring they deliver on time and on budget and provide value for money and are fully compliant with all health and safety legislation
- Ensuring all projects are compliant with relevant statutory legislation
- Form positive and pro-active relationships with all clients and stakeholders to enable and develop new business opportunities.
- Coach and develop new and developing members of the project team such as project co-ordinators
- Participate in and contribute to developing processes and structure within your team that benefits the business and the client team.

Requirements:
- At least 5 years experience in the sector and a proven track record in relevant project delivery.
- Strong work ethic and dynamic self-starter, with a problem-solving attitude
- Very organised, strong attention to detail and diligent individual
- Promote and demonstrate a ‘can do’ attitude at all times, reacting with urgency, but communicating realistic timelines to all relevant personnel
- Promote and demonstrate the ‘always deliver’ philosophy for the business
- Ability to develop trust and build strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communicator with ability to manage and influence stakeholders
- Experience of contractor/ Client-side contracts and project management within retail, leisure or hospitality
- Strong understanding of technical requirements for projects, in particular around M&E, FF&E and value engineering.
- A proven track record in delivering and executing high end retail interior fit outs across the UK.
- A solid understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation
- Clean UK Driving Licence
- Extensive travel around the UK attending different sites
