Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Lead and manage a team of electro-mechanical technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Plan, schedule, and oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plant equipment, ensuring all work is completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations on construction sites.
- Technical Oversight:
- Ensure the proper integration, configuration, and operation of GPS and HFR systems within the plant equipment.
- Monitor equipment performance and reliability, implementing preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime.
- Lead the troubleshooting and resolution of complex equipment issues, utilizing strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
- Planning & Coordination:

- Manage inventory levels and order necessary materials to avoid work stoppages.
- IT & Technology:

- Ensure that all plant equipment and systems are properly connected and integrated with the company's IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and training to the team on the use of software and IT tools relevant to equipment management.
- Health, Safety & Compliance:
