Property Manager - Bethnal Green - up to £35,000

Dove and Hawk are working with a independent estate agency based in Bethnal Green in East London. They are looking for someone who can hit the grown running and take on the responsibility of 200 properties that are in walking distance to their office.


Duties:

  • Dealing with all property related maintenance issues on a daily basis, including liaising between landlords, tenants and contractors by telephone, email and in person.
  • Supplying utility companies and council tax providers new tenancy details at start of tenancy
  • Periodic inspections on managed properties.
  • Sanction checks on new landlords and continued compliance monitoring.
  • Arranging annual gas and periodic electric checks in line with required time frames.
  • Service of required notices (currently section 21's)


Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 - 2 years' experience within property management
  • Somone who can hit the ground running


Hours: Monday to Friday 10am - 6pm
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

  • Following up persistently via phone and email to ensure every single quote is returned

  • Supporting project teams in the management of technical submittals, RFIs, and drawing revisions
  • Ensuring consistent version control and access permissions across platform


As a Document Controller You Will Have:

  • Strong IT literacy - confident working across cloud-based platforms and Microsoft Office
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset with excellent organisational skills
  • Proactive communication style - comfortable chasing subcontractors to meet deadlines
  • Ideally familiar with online document control systems such as Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), Procore, SharePoint, or MS Teams
  • Experience working within the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sector
  • Based in or able to commute to the head office in Buckinghamshire (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm)
