SALES NEGOTIATOR - WALTHAMSTOW

Dove and Hawk are working in partnership with a successful independent estate agency who specialise in the sale and rental of property in East London. They are searching for a sales negotiator to join their growing team. This role will suit an ambitious London sales agent who has 1 + years' experience in property.

Duties/functions of the role:

  • Professionally registering applicants as well as answering online enquiries
  • Arranging and attending viewings for prospective buyers
  • Providing detailed viewing feedback to vendors
  • Negotiating offers and agreeing sales with the purpose of getting the best deal for all parties involved
  • Building strong relationships with vendors, prospective vendors and prospective buyers and colleagues
  • Completing the appropriate paperwork in order to create a smooth sales process
  • Progressing the sales process from sale agreed through to completion

Requirements of the role:

  • 1+ years' experience working as a sales negotiator
  • A proven track record and a background of hitting and exceeding targets
  • Must be well spoken and well presented
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle


Salary budgets: £22,000 - £27,000 basic salary DOE, £40,000 - £45,000 OTE + car allowance & 3 month guarantee (DOE)

Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm , Saturdays 10am - 4pm with a day in lieu

Position: Estimator - social housing

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum + Car allowance + Package + Hybrid working

The Role:

As an Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing detailed and competitive tenders for social housing refurbishment and maintenance projects. Working closely with the pre-construction, commercial, and operational teams, you will ensure that bids are accurate, commercially viable, and aligned with both client expectations and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality cost estimates for social housing contracts
  • Review and analyse tender documents, specifications, and drawings to develop comprehensive pricing strategies
  • Engage with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing and value-driven solutions
  • Identify project risks and opportunities, providing recommendations for cost efficiency and value engineering
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business development, commercial, and operational teams
