Job Title- Site Manager
Location- Leeds
Salary-£45,000-£50,000
Are you a site manager with experience of delivering planned works within social housing?
We are working with a well established property services partnership that is looking for a site manager for kitchen and bathroom fittings within social housing in Leeds.
As a site manager, you will;
- Oversee planned kitchen and bathroom work on social housing properties
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest quality, within given time frames and budgets
- Liaise with subcontractors, clients and the internal team and provide regular work updates
- Ensure work is completed safely, continuously monitoring compliance and any potential hazards
As a site manager, it is required that you;
- Have minimum 5 years site manager experience within social housing
- Hold SMSTS and CSCS card
- Ideally you will have experience with planned works, specifically kitchens and bathrooms
As a site manager, you will receive;
- £45,000-£50,000 based on experience
- Optional work vehicle
- KPI based bonus
- 26 days holiday plus bank holidays, and can purchase additional holidays
- Pension
- Private medical insurance

The Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage commercial activity across multiple projects, taking responsibility for cost control, valuations, variations and contractual administration throughout the project lifecycle. Working closely with operational and senior management teams, the role will focus on protecting margin, supporting cashflow and managing commercial risk in line with agreed budgets and contractual obligations.
The role will involve monitoring job costs against budgets and WIP, preparing CVRs and commercial reports, managing applications for payment and final accounts, and supporting procurement and supply chain activity. The Senior Quantity Surveyor will also contribute to the development of pricing, reporting and job-costing processes, while liaising with site teams, clients and subcontractors to ensure commercial information is accurate, timely and aligned with delivery requirements.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in a Quantity Surveying role within construction, maintenance or property services environments. They will be commercially astute, detail-focused and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams, with sound knowledge of JCT and/or NEC contracts and the ability to communicate effectively across functions.
