Serve as focal point for assigned job vacancies across multiple client accounts.
Assist in job requisition and job description development.
Acquire a thorough understanding of each role's required competencies, skills, and knowledge.
Maintain awareness of sourcing volume targets for open positions.
Partner with hiring teams to design effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies.
Conduct candidate screenings and communicate job requirements clearly.
Maintain accuracy in recruitment pipeline platforms and generate recruitment reports.
Use Behavioral-Based Interview techniques in screening and evaluating candidates.
Create behavioral and prescreening questions tailored to each role.
Manage skill and/or personality assessments and application form analysis.
Coordinate reference checks, testing, and salary offer discussions.
Present offers and handle negotiations professionally.
Participate in onboarding-related tasks such as offer letters and document completion.
ATS Management
Enter and maintain candidate data in the Applicant Tracking System daily.
