The successful Senior Site Manager will join a highly respected team, made up of over 100 people, who operate efficiently and to high standards.
The Senior Site Manager will be leading from the front on a day to day basis, ensuring the H&S is on point, the sub contractors are working to time and budget and the clients are always happy.

- Evidence of Site Management for 5+ years
- Evidence of building relationships
- New Build knowledge
- Internal and Fit Out experience
- Has access to a car
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Looking for a permanent position
- Provide a hands-on approach.
- Excellent organisational & team management skills
- Good computer skills

With the office just a short walk from Charing Cross, this role will offer hybrid working to the Senior Quantity Surveyor with home working and site visits.
The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be joining a high quality and focused fit out construction contractor, who are now looking for a commercially astute Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their successful team in central London.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor should be keen to work on high quality fit out related works, in a fast track environment.
The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor
The successful professional will be joining an award-winning Fit Out & interiors team who have big plans for growth in 2026, which the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be a vital part of.
Projects the Senior Quantity Surveyor can expect to work on, will be within the CAT B world, including Offices and Retail ranging from £2M - £15M.
A strong background as a Quantity Surveyor would be beneficial.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be dealing with Pre-Construction, tendering and delivery and will have strong contractual and payment knowledge to support this.
You will be leading and supporting Junior Quantity Surveyors and will also be supported by a Commercial Director.
The requirements
- 6+ years in a Quantity Surveying & Commercial Management position
- Experience with a variety of contracts (JCT, D&B, NEC)
- Experience with Fit Out projects (quite important)
- Ideally experience with supporting and managing younger colleagues
- Experience with Office fit out
