What You Need to Bring

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in spend analysis, procurement analytics, or supply chain finance, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, Power Query, formulas, and data validation)
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Workday) and GPO platforms (e.g., Vizient)
  • Working knowledge of Power BI or other data visualization tools

  • Perform SKU-level variance analysis between contract pricing and actual purchase trends

Savings Opportunity Identification

  • Develop reports that show realized savings, missed value opportunities, and benchmarked pricing using Vizient, ECRI, and internal dashboards
  • Support strategic sourcing projects by quantifying potential and actual savings during pre- and post-contract phases

Vendor & Category Performance Reporting

  • Create vendor scorecards and category-level dashboards showing contract coverage, market share, pricing accuracy, and rebate performance
  • Track tier commitments and compliance agreements

Data Quality & Contract Matching

  • Collaborate with Master Data and Contracts teams to ensure accurate alignment across item master, pricing tiers, and vendor contracts
  • Identify discrepancies in SKU mapping, unit of measure conversions, and contract references

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with Contract Coordinators, Category Managers, and the Business Intelligence team to produce consolidated reports and strategic insights

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 1-3 years of experience in financial-services operations or client service
  • Flexibility to work on modified holiday schedules covering Saudi Arabia
  • Strong desire to learn continuously and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven technical and analytical skills
  • Control-oriented mindset with meticulous attention to detail to follow and enhance operational procedures
  • Effective communication skills with aptitude for building relationships
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with willingness to expand expertise in new applications

Your Day-to-Day Impact

  • Ensure client and trade lifecycle processes are managed according to control frameworks and SOPs
  • Develop and enhance operational controls and infrastructure to support a best-in-class Operations organization
  • Maintain consistency, compliance, and service excellence by adhering to established protocols

Client Service and Trade Support

  • Provide Level 1 client service to a global customer base on:
    • Account management
    • Account onboarding requirements
    • Trade settlement lifecycle workflows and rebate programs
    • Product/Registry holdings and activity
    • Troubleshooting Xpansiv Connect platform and Registry-specific issues
    • Daily management of market holdings and trading activity
    • Intraday and end-of-day transfers of product holdings via partner registries
    • Timely processing of participant holdings deposits and withdrawals
    • Resolving breaks and handling requests from clients and Commercial teams
    • Coordinating with Operations management, Commercial, and Technology teams for seamless client experience

Reporting and Analysis

  • Create and compile trading and operational reports
  • Conduct market trading activity reviews and trend analysis across markets

Business and System Support

  • Support new business initiatives through quantitative analysis for product and service launches
  • Liaise with clients to answer queries and report trades promptly
  • Enhance and develop Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, CRM, and Reporting

General Administration

  • Perform other administrative responsibilities as needed
