- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, with willingness to expand expertise in new applications
Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Ensure client and trade lifecycle processes are managed according to control frameworks and SOPs
- Develop and enhance operational controls and infrastructure to support a best-in-class Operations organization
- Maintain consistency, compliance, and service excellence by adhering to established protocols
Client Service and Trade Support
- Provide Level 1 client service to a global customer base on:
- Account management
- Account onboarding requirements
- Trade settlement lifecycle workflows and rebate programs
- Product/Registry holdings and activity
- Troubleshooting Xpansiv Connect platform and Registry-specific issues
- Daily management of market holdings and trading activity
- Intraday and end-of-day transfers of product holdings via partner registries
- Timely processing of participant holdings deposits and withdrawals
- Resolving breaks and handling requests from clients and Commercial teams
- Coordinating with Operations management, Commercial, and Technology teams for seamless client experience
Reporting and Analysis
- Create and compile trading and operational reports
- Conduct market trading activity reviews and trend analysis across markets
Business and System Support
- Support new business initiatives through quantitative analysis for product and service launches
- Liaise with clients to answer queries and report trades promptly
- Enhance and develop Salesforce applications, including Service Cloud, CRM, and Reporting
General Administration
- Perform other administrative responsibilities as needed
