This leading contractor are seeking an Electrical Contracts Manager to join their expanding team across Europe.
Job Description
As an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project development, implementation and completion is achieved within the specified programme. You will work closely with the Project Manager and oversee the coordination and operation of the site to deliver key project milestones and successful project completion.
Your Responsibilities will include:
- Reporting to the General Manager, Operations Director and or Division Director.
- Responsible for all financial and management aspects of the project.
- Overall responsibility for project team, labour control and coordination.
- Overall responsibility for schedule, QA/Cx and Health and Safety.
- Ability to manage multiple projects where required.
- Liaising with the Client and key project stakeholders when required.
- Work directly with the relevant Director to expand the business through tendering and negotiating of new work.
- Review tender submissions, valuation preparation and reporting on same.
- Maintaining and developing relationships with Client.
Skills and Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar role is essential.
- Electrical trade background advantageous.
- Experience in delivery of Pharma, Life Science, Data Centre Mission critical and or Renewable projects advantageous.
- Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential.
- Excellent organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships.

What You'll Be Doing:
Preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for projects including roads, bridges, drainage systems, earthworks, and reinforced concrete structures.
Analysing drawings, specifications, and project documentation to prepare comprehensive tender submissions.
Collaborating with project managers, engineers, suppliers, and subcontractors to source and validate cost data.
Identifying risks and opportunities within tender documents and recommending cost-effective solutions.

Architect Job in Ringwood, Hampshire
Architect job currently available working with on a mix of education, hospitality and public projects. This role would suit an Architect keen to take a lead in the running of projects and supporting junior team members.
Based in a modern open plan office the practice work on several project types, their main focus is predominately educational projects ranging from £5 million to £50 million in value. The practice has a staff count of 12 full-time architectural staff and due to their current workload, they are looking to add an Architect to join the team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working across all RIBA stages from concept to completion
- Production on design and technical drawing packages
- Communicate directly with clients
- You will be working under the supervision of a Senior Team to assist in the running of the project
- Projects would focus on a mix of leisure, commercial and educational projects
Required Skills & Experience
- ARB Qualified
- Minimum of 2 years UK experience
- Education, commercial or Leisure experience would be beneficial
- Confident communicator
- Knowledge of Vectorworks would be beneficial but training would be offered
- Confident in the use of Photoshop, InDesign and SketchUp
- Strong hand drawing skills
- Due to location you would require your own transport.
