Communicate with planners, call handlers and members of the R&M and wider team to ensure the smooth day to day operation of the repairs service. Be available for the out of hours rota. Communicate clearly and respectfully with customers - ensuring they feel informed, valued and reassured. What you'll bring:

A qualified carpenter (NVQ Level 2 or equivalent) with strong multi-trade skills. Experience working in property maintenance, ideally within social housing. Experience in associated trades (plumbing, patch plastering, flooring, tiling, and decorating). A genuine commitment to delivering excellent customer service. Knowledge of health and safety protocols. A full, valid UK driving licence is required due to regular travel to customers' homes and transporting tools/materials.
