Maintanence Manager

My client is a private landlord with a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial throughout Greater London and nationwide. They're looking for a highly motivated Maintanence Manager to join their team.

Duties:

  • Liaising with tenants, third party contractors and professional advisors.
  • Arranging works/maintenance within the property portfolio.
  • Managing a portfolio of over 400 residential properties
  • Producing property inspections and reporting.
  • Dealing with complaints and escalations
  • Advising stakeholders of any maintenance works required.
  • Liaising with contractors, stakeholders and tenants regarding any maintenance work.
  • Managing compliance and booking and chasing gas safety checks, EICRs, EPCs and fire risk assessments
  • Managing tenancy deposit deductions and returns.
  • Providing support to stakeholders and tenants, as well as booking mid-term inspections and check out reports.
  • Keeping abreast of legal changes around property conditions and having an understanding of the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS)
  • Liaising with local councils in regard to any tenant complaints or proposed enforcement action


Requirements:

  • 2 - 3 years Property Management experience
  • Driving Licence and Car
  • Client Facing experience prefered
  • Team player with a positive and can do attitude essential
  • Hardworking and productive individual.


Days and Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. This comes with flexible Lunch so you have an hours unpaid lunch but if you decide to do 30 Mins you can leave at 5.30pm.

Salary: £40,000
