We have an excellent opportunity for an Invoice Clerk to join our team based at our site in Swinton, South Yorkshire.

Tachart Ltd t/a Bolt & Nut manufacturing is a successful, dynamic, fast paced precision engineering company, established in 1974 and currently expanding its operations in Swinton, Rotherham, South Yorkshire.

The company's main activity is the manufacturing of Special Fasteners and Machined components for critical applications which involves the routine machining of challenging alloys such as duplex stainless steels, Inconel, Hastelloy and other high performance metal alloys.

The role: Order entry onto the company system. Telephone and some General Office duties Process and manage invoices for the company. Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of data. Communicate with customers and internal departments to resolve any discrepancies. Maintain accurate records of invoices. Assist with reporting.

About you:


Your most important quality will be attention to detail. An understanding of general administration is important as well, as well as knowledge of basic accounting software.

You will also need to be a strong team player, with good communication and time management.

Senior Engineering Project Manger

£60-70k + car/car allowance

Our client are an engineering company operating in wastewater treatment systems and containerized wastewater treatment systems for municipal and industrial application.
West Midlands based, they offer comprehensive engineering services that cover initial design and planning, as well as infrastructure development and wastewater treatment technology.

They now have a need for a Senior Engineering Project Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of engineering projects, including project and construction management, engineering management and project engineering. You will also be responsible for coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Office based, there will be some occasional travel and possible overnight stays when attending project meetings or site installations.

Summary of Primary duties;
• Manage and deliver projects from concept through to completion, ensuring all works are carried out safely, on time, and within budget.
• Supervision and management of the EWS project delivery team
• Define and record project requirements
• Develop and manage project schedules, resource plans and budgets.
• Management of design sub-contractors and design deliverables
• Liaise with suppliers and sub-contractors to gain optimum supplier agreements
• Liaise with Design Engineers and Technical Managers to determine costs and implications of proposals
• Prepare commercial tenders and technical proposals in line with Engineering and Sales guidelines

Qualifications and Experience:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related field
• Experience in the wastewater treatment industry is a major plus
• Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, design management, project programme, and risk management.
• Commercial contract management: Knowledge of NEC 3 and 4 EEC contract conditions would be advantageous.
• Strong commercial awareness – responsible for project P & L
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Interpreting GA drawing and P&IDs is essential
• PMP certification is a plus
• Health & Safety Qualification would be beneficial but not essential
• Full UK driving licence is mandatory
