Mobile Maintenance Engineer
£28,000 - £32,500 Basic + Overtime (OTE £45K+) + Training + Technical Progression + Pension + Package + Bonus

Are you an electrical or mechanical bias engineer looking to work for a leading company within the clean energy sector where you can technically increase your knowledge and skill set? A fantastic opportunity on offer to become a technical specialist in a varied & thriving industry. Earn a good package whilst consistently training & progressing into more senior positions. This company are heavily involved in the UK's transition to a net zero economy.
This energy company's aim is to be a specialist provider of a clean energy supply to their customers. To help provide low carbon solutions for their businesses. With a continuously growing client portfolio this is a brilliant chance to transition into a successful industry. They believe in their staff; they believe in development and are also keen to progress from within.
Key Responsibilities:
- Completion of planned preventative maintenance activities in line with company maintenance schedules (pumps, actuators, plate heat exchangers, pressurisation units, degassers)
- Repair and reinstatement of commercial plant (as per above)
- Completion of fault finding and repairs to commercial plant and other equipment including pumps and pipework
- Attend reactive call-outs to sites to reinstate heat and resolve plant failures
- Take part in an on-call rota and attend callouts (typically 1 week in 4)
- Review root causes for plant failure (resolve operational issues which arise)
Background Required:
- Operational knowledge of commercial gas boilers is required
- Familiar with a plant room environment (1-2 Years)
- Experience as a Service Engineer/ Maintenance Engineer/ Marine Engineer
- Mechanical or Electrical qualifications or time served (NVQ, HNC or equivalent)
- Full UK driving license (valid for at least 12 months)

Senior Quantity Surveyor Role
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will run healthcare and education projects across London and must hit the ground running with a can-do attitude. This role encompasses both pre and post contract duties, providing you with a comprehensive scope of responsibility.
You will be responsible for:

Managing projects from concept to completion
Preparing and managing cost reports
Ensuring effective contract administration
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
Supporting and mentoring junior team members
The Senior Quantity Surveyor requirements

BSc/MSc in Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Experience working on healthcare and education projects
MRICS qualified or currently working towards
Background in a private practice/consultancy
