Are you a detail-driven electrical quality assessor with a background in electrical testing and inspection? Looking for a rewarding role in a family-run company where your technical eye and compliance knowledge truly matter? Work for a well-established electrical services provider with over 25 years' experience delivering domestic and small commercial installations, fire alarms, emergency lighting and testing and inspection. As a Quality Assessor, you'll help ensure our work consistently meets the highest standards by reviewing engineer certifications against photographic and job evidence - all within a hybrid, flexible working setup.

Your Role As A Quality Assessor Will Include:

* Reviewing Electrical Installation Condition Reports, Installation Certificates, Minor Works, and Fire Alarm Certificates

* Ensuring documentation meets the latest edition of BS 7671 and internal quality standards

* Cross-referencing engineer notes and images to ensure accuracy and compliance

* Liaising with engineers and supervisors to resolve discrepancies

* Completing building control notifications and ensuring all records are correct and submitted

* Supporting ad-hoc quality tasks as part of a small, tight-knit QA team

As A Quality Assessor You Will Have:

* Experience reviewing or producing electrical certification

* Strong understanding of BS 7671 and the test & inspection process

* A background in electrical installation or compliance

* Great attention to detail and organisation

* A collaborative, team-first attitude

* Good IT and communication skills

Are you an experienced Document Controller who enjoys the detail and structure of document management and quality assurance, without the pressure of technical delivery? We're working with a growing contractor who's looking to hire a Document Controller to support a couple of live projects in London.

This is a hands-on role where you'll have ownership from day one-ideal for someone confident, self-sufficient and capable of building systems and processes without needing micromanagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project documentation, drawing registers, and QA records
  • Collate and issue drawing packs
  • Maintain trackers and coordinate document flow between site and office teams
  • Upload and manage certificates and essential documentation
  • Liaise with site teams to gather required details-particularly around warranties
  • Ensure documents are filed and shared correctly across platforms


Your experience and background:

  • Proven experience in a similar Document Controller or QA Administrator role
  • Confident and assertive communicator, especially when gathering information from site

Commercial Site - Banking large deliveries, skips etc and opening n closing gates

7am-5pm

  • We can pay Umbrella or PAYE
  • 45hrs minimum hours per week
  • CSCS Card and previous experience is essential
  • Banksman ticket desired
