Property Manager

PROPERTY MANAGER - Finchley - MON-FRI ONLY - £35-40,000PA
I am currently working alongside a market leading, multi branch estate agency who are looking for a Property Manager to join their growing team at their prestigious Finchley office.
Responsibilities
- Arranging day to day repairs and keeping tenants informed of progress
- Being the main point of contact liaising with contractors, landlords and tenants
- Ensuring all properties are kept up to date with safety requirements & current legislation
- Completing tenancy renewal paperwork
- Assessing and negotiating of the return of the tenant's security deposit
- Dealing with and negotiating early terminations and tenant swaps
- Monitoring and chasing of any rent arrears
- Completing inspections and property visits
Requirements
- Minimum 2 Years comparable experience
- Reapit Experience
Salary Budget: £35,000 - £40,000per annum DOE
Required Working Days & Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm

- Project management of projects allocated to your team.
- Client account management and liaison with existing client base.
Requirements:

- Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget
- Able to integrate into a team and liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders
- Excellent written and spoken English

- Experience in the design of Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS)
- Working knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
- Strong CAD skills
- Experience with InfoDrainage/MicroDrainage, Causeway Flow or similar software
The following attributes are desirable but not essential:
- Experience in flood risk management
- Experience using Civil 3D
- Experience with GIS software
- Foul Water design
- Hydraulic Modelling
- Experience within a council
