About the Role: We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to join our team, working on a long-term social housing contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering works to tenanted and void properties across Trafford.

You'll play a key role in improving the condition and comfort of homes for residents, ensuring all work is carried out to a professional standard and in line with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Carry out internal and external plastering works, including skimming, bonding, and patch repairs.

Complete damp proofing treatments, including preparation, installation, and aftercare.

Diagnose and repair issues related to rising damp, condensation, and penetrating damp.

Work effectively in occupied homes, ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.

Liaise with tenants, supervisors, and other trades as needed.

Maintain a clean and safe working environment at all times.

Accurately complete job sheets, timesheets, and documentation.

Requirements: Proven experience as a Plasterer, ideally within social housing or similar environments.

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plastering or relevant trade qualification.

Valid UK Driving Licence (Company van provided).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Own tools preferred (PPE and specialist equipment will be provided)
