- For PM: project delivery experience from design stage through to completion.
- A proactive, team-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (e.g., ONC or BTEC Level 3).

- Proven experience in a mechanical/electrical role, ideally in facilities management or an estate environment.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and general building maintenance.
