Cleaner (with DBS) needed in Oxford, Oxfordshire

Daniel Owen are looking for cleaner who can work part time in Blackbird Leys, Oxford.

The successful applicant will be working a 4 hour daytime shift each Tuesday and Thursday for the foreseable (working hours flexible).

The cleaner will be cleaning the communal areas in a large apartment block.

A valid DBS check is a must for this role.

Essentials:

- Previous cleaning experience

- The successful applicant will need to be able to provide a reference having done a similar role in the past

- Must be reliable and willing to work consistent hours / days

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day site operations, including staff management, contractor supervision, and visitor control.
  • Provide clear leadership, support, and escalation guidance for team leaders and shift managers.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align processing volumes with operational capacity.
  • Lead by example in delivering service excellence, meeting KPIs, and ensuring budgetary compliance.
  • Ensure all operational activities comply with SOPs, SSOWs, and site policies.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team through coaching and structured performance management.

  • Demonstrable experience managing budgets, delivering KPIs, and implementing performance improvements.
  • Experience with health & safety compliance (NEBOSH certification desirable).

Labourer's Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Labourer to join our site team on a project in Southampton.

When working as a site Labourer you will be responsible for assisting trades where required, keeping all areas clean and tidy, removing rubbish, unloading and transporting materials as well as equipment on site.

- You should have a CSCS card.

The Role

  • We value that health and safety on site is followed therefore you will need to be cautious of others working with you.
  • You will liaise with the site manager and complete the tasks required in order for the site to run smoothly.
  • We expect you to be punctual and arrive to site on time.
