Provide administrative support to surveyors, contractor managers, supervisors, where required. Review all planned, compliance or maintenance programmes and ad hoc orders and ensure contractors receive works order notifications in agreed timeframes. Arrange access to customer's homes for in-house staff for the purposes of undertaking works, inspections, surveys and the like. Administration of mail outs to customers as an introduction to the programme of works, including the use of mail merge. Raise material and tools purchase orders for third party suppliers. Processing of invoices for payment. What you'll bring:

GCSE or 'O' Level standard or equivalent with grade C or above in English and Maths. Strong understanding of IT systems to including Microsoft Office- word, excel, outlook. Experience of administration in an office environment. Previous experience in working in a customer focused environment Good written and verbal communication skills. Positive can-do attitude and a willingness to find solutions. My client, an established firm of construction consultants now seeks a GRADUATE PROJECT MANAGER to join them in GERMANY.

You will work on a range of construction projects to include residential, hotels, offices, mixed use, industrial etc.

They are keen to find an ambitious graduate project manager who is keen to work towards becoming chartered and to either improve your level of German to be able to attend meetings etc. on site.

You will work on projects from inception to completion working as the project manager to support a range of clients.

My client offers good prospects and training.

THE COMPANY

My client is a firm of construction consultants offering clients both cost management and project management services.

They have offices across the UK, Europe and further afield.

THE CANDIDATE

You will be a Graduate in Construction Project Management, Quantity Surveying or similar built environment subject.

You may be fresh from university or have up to two years experience in project management on construction projects - ideally having worked for a firm of construction consultants or maybe a principal contractor.

It is essential that you have an EU passport or a Visa to work in Germany.

If you have school level German or better that would be preferred and you should be happy to work towards gaining fluency in German as well as having good English.

You should be keen to work as part of a friendly team and work towards becoming MRICS qualified.
