Client Onboarding Project Manager and lead seamless transitions from sales to operations within a global outsourcing environment. Job Overview
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shift: Semi-Flexible Night/Day Schedule, Weekends Off
Work Setup: Hybrid, NCR (3-5 days per week, depending on business needs)

The Qualifications We Seek
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
3-5 years of project management experience, ideally within a BPO or service delivery environment.
Proven track record managing cross-functional projects and client relationships.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Microsoft CRM preferred).
Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies is an advantage.
Your Daily Tasks
Lead the implementation and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to operations.
Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, Recruitment, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Customer Experience, and Customer Engagement to facilitate smooth transitions.
Coordinate and prioritize project tasks, manage timelines, and maintain project plans.
Regularly communicate project status to clients, project sponsors, and senior management.
Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements during project implementation.
Monitor, track, and update project activities and statuses with accountability and ownership.
Identify risks in the implementation phase and collaborate with teams to develop mitigation strategies.
Design, develop, and maintain a scalable customer onboarding program for consistency across locations.
Assist customers in preparing for their offshore team's onboarding program, including training and immersion activities.
Co-own the first 15 to 30 days of customer engagement with Customer Experience Managers to ensure team success.
Support Customer Experience, Customer Engagement, and other departments on critical projects, including site transfers and business growth initiatives.
