Responsibilities:
- Designing and deploying OT and network solutions that are secure, scalable and built for high-performance environments.
- Leading integration of key systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), SCADA and PLC-based controls.
- Architecting robust OT networks: firewalls, VLANs, switches, routers, and remote access solutions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, IT, security, and operations teams.
- Driving technical innovation and leading complex projects from design through implementation.
Desired Experience:
- Extensive experience in OT and industrial networking, especially within data center, energy or mission-critical environments.
- Knowledge of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP).
- Strong networking skills: LAN/WAN design, cybersecurity practices, VLANs, VPNs, and remote access tools.
- The ability to bridge the gap between operational technology and IT with a strategic mindset.

With a secured pipeline of works on Energy from Waste, Battery Energy Storage, and Biomass Power Stations, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead on-site delivery.
Responsibilities include for Electrical Project Manager:
- Manage full electrical scope across HV/LV systems, containment, cabling, and instrumentation.
- Lead site teams and subcontractors to deliver on programme, quality, and safety targets.
- Coordinate internal functions including engineering, commercial, and HSEQ.
- Report on progress, risks, and interface with client stakeholders.
- Oversee pre-commissioning and energisation phases.
