Oslo - Data Centre Projects

  • €115,000 - €125,000 Salary

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and deploying OT and network solutions that are secure, scalable and built for high-performance environments.
  • Leading integration of key systems like Building Management Systems (BMS), Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), SCADA and PLC-based controls.
  • Architecting robust OT networks: firewalls, VLANs, switches, routers, and remote access solutions.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with engineering, IT, security, and operations teams.
  • Driving technical innovation and leading complex projects from design through implementation.

Desired Experience:

  • Extensive experience in OT and industrial networking, especially within data center, energy or mission-critical environments.
  • Knowledge of BMS, EPMS, SCADA, PLCs, and industrial protocols (Modbus, BACnet, OPC-UA, Ethernet/IP).
  • Strong networking skills: LAN/WAN design, cybersecurity practices, VLANs, VPNs, and remote access tools.
  • The ability to bridge the gap between operational technology and IT with a strategic mindset.
