AGR Building and Fencing Contractors Ltd are an expanding building maintenance and construction company, delivering projects and framework contracts for Local Authority, Social Housing and Private Clients. We are seeking to recruit a qualified painter & decorator, working as part of a team you will be part of a strong operational delivery team for our planned maintenance service, offering a high quality service. Works are predominantly based in Bolton and the surrounding areas. The applicant must have a valid CSCS card and suitable qualifications and experience. A full driving licence. The role is a full time permanent position offering 40 hours per week between 8.00am – 4.30pm.
