Painter and Decorator

Location: Hammersmith and Fulham
Salary: £33,000 to £39,000 per year
We are working on behalf of a client who are looking for a Painter and Decorator to carry out day-to-day responsive repairs in occupied and void properties in Hammersmith and Fulham.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities of a Painter and Decorator are:
- Carrying out responsive and planned painting and decorating to both occupied and void properties, to include glossing, emulsion, and papering.
- Stain blocking
- Mould washing
- Wall tiling
Requirements of a Painter and Decorator are:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting and Decorating
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual or automatic)
- PASMA (desirable)
- Experience with electronic job updating through smart phones preferred with ability to use a PDA to record job information.
