Painter and Decorator
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Brighton
Salary: £28,000.00 per annum

We are recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator is required to join a fast-paced team of tradesmen to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes.

Responsibilities

• Working in void or occupied properties doing internal and external repaints, gloss and emulsion work
• Wallpaper hanging
• Patch plastering

Requirements

• Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
• NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting and Decorating
• Asbestos Awareness (desirable)

Benefits

• 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
• A company van and fuel card supplied
