Salary: £28,000.00 per annum
We are recruiting for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join a fast-paced team of tradesmen to deliver a high quality responsive repairs service to housing association residents in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Working in void or occupied properties doing internal and external repaints, gloss and emulsion work
- Wallpaper hanging
- Patch plastering
Requirements:
- Full UK Driving Licence (manual)
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting and Decorating
- Asbestos Awareness (desirable)
Benefits:
- 08:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday
- A company van and fuel card (work use only)
- 21 days annual leave plus bank holidays
