Salary: £17.00 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Painter and Decorator to join a successful housing repairs and maintenance team in Surrey on a local housing association contract.
The hours required are 42.5 per week.
Responsibilities:
- Carrying out quality and efficient building repairs to both un-occupied and occupied properties and working safely and respecting customers at all times
- Glossing
- Emulsion
- Wallpaper hanging
- Wall tiling
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 or above in Painting and Decorating
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Asbestos Awareness
