Painter & Decorator Multi

Salary: £160/£170 per day
A Painter & Decorator Multi is required, working for local social housing. The role will involve carrying out maintenance works on occupied domestic properties. Must have previous social housing/domestic experience.
Daily responsibilities for a Painter and Decorator will include:
- Painting to a high standard
- Dealing with Tenants
- Making sure work is done to professional a standard
- Wallpapering to a high standard
- Response repairs
- Patching walls
Requirements for the role:
- Painting and Decorating experience
- Must have social housing experience
- A full UK driving license
Benefits of the Painter and Decorator Role:
- Monday to Friday 08.00am-17:00pm
- Van and fuel card supplied
