About the Role:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Painter to join our growing team in Basildon. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic and eye for detail to work on a variety of residential and commercial projects across Essex and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing surfaces for painting, including filling cracks, sanding, and priming.
- Applying paint, varnishes, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Ensuring high standards of finish and cleanliness on all jobs.
- Working both independently and as part of a team on various painting contracts.
- Always following health and safety procedures on-site.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter (minimum 2 years preferred).
- Good knowledge of materials and techniques.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
- Own tools and transport preferred but not essential.
- CSCS card beneficial but not required.
