Part II Architectural Assistant job in Kentish Town, London

A Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available working on residential, education and art projects in London.

Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team of 5. Due to a growing workload, this small practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Assistant, established Technologists and recently qualified Architects would also be considered.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on residential, education and art projects in London
  • Reporting as required on project progress
  • Produce tender packages and reports
  • Contribute to preparation of feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, etc
  • Develop concept design proposals.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Revit skills are essential
  • Knowledge and experience across all RIBA stages
  • Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
  • Good knowledge of UK building regulations
  • Strong presentation and design skills
  • Knowledge and experience on similar projects in the UK
  • Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.

What you get back

  • Salary of £32,000 - £38,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
  • Flexible and hybrid working considered.
