Part II Architectural Assistant job in Kentish Town, London
A Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available working on residential, education and art projects in London.
Our client is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team of 5. Due to a growing workload, this small practice is seeking an experienced Architectural Assistant, established Technologists and recently qualified Architects would also be considered.
Role & Responsibilities
- Working on residential, education and art projects in London
- Reporting as required on project progress
- Produce tender packages and reports
- Contribute to preparation of feasibility studies, concept design, planning applications, etc
- Develop concept design proposals.
Required Skills & Experience
- Revit skills are essential
- Knowledge and experience across all RIBA stages
- Able to demonstrate good technical and construction knowledge
- Good knowledge of UK building regulations
- Strong presentation and design skills
- Knowledge and experience on similar projects in the UK
- Proven skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Excellent English, both written and verbal
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
What you get back
- Salary of £32,000 - £38,000 (flexible for more experienced candidates)
