Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Cardiff, Wales

We are currently working with an AJ100 Practice that has a Part II Architectural Assistant job now available. This practice is passionate about the welfare and happiness of its team and offers hybrid and flexible working options plus a range of other benefits

This multidisciplinary company has 10 offices based in the UK and abroad with over 300 members of staff. They work on a diverse range of projects including residential, education, commercial, retail, and health. The company has won multiple awards for its work but has also recently achieved excellence in all categories of the workplace wellbeing charter.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work through all RIBA stages
  • Using Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard
  • Production of planning and technical drawings for proposals
  • Liaising with clients and planning
  • Work in project teams reporting to Senior Architect or Associates.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified (or Equivalent)
  • At least 12 months post degree experience in an architectural practice
  • Excellent communication skills to facilitate working in a hybrid environment (office and home-based working
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • An understanding of the design process and development of a construction project
  • Knowledge of Photoshop and InDesign
  • Working knowledge of Revit is essential.
