Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Kensington, London

A Part II Architectural Assistant job is now available, to join an established high-end residential practice in London.

Established for over 40 years, our client is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their growing team of 10, working on substantial residential refurbishment projects in London. A great opportunity to join a RIBA chartered practice that will offer support with career development and project exposure.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating concept designs and preparing design presentations
  • Support on submission of planning applications and construction packages
  • Assist live projects on-site where required
  • Coordinate and communicate with consultants and contractors.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2 years post Part II qualification experience in the high-end residential sector
  • Fluency in AutoCAD is essential
  • Good knowledge of UK construction methods
  • Proven experience working on high-end residential projects
  • Good knowledge of all RIBA stages
  • Comfortable producing tender and construction drawings under guidance
  • Excellent English, both written and verbal
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
