Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Reigate, Surrey

We are currently working with an architectural practice that now has a Part II Architectural Assistant job available. You would become part of an enthusiastic team working on a mix of project types including education, residential, façade, and commercial.

The practice was recently formed in 2022 but the Directors possess over 40 years of experience in the industry working on commercial and residential projects and clients.

The team already have formed a number of strong working relationships with clients and have plans for sustained growth over the next few years.

With several current and upcoming projects, they are seeking a recently qualified Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working under a project runner
  • Working across all stages
  • Production of planning and technical drawings
  • Using AutoCAD on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified
  • Experience working on UK-based projects
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Due to the need to visit sites a current driver's licence and own transport is essential
  • Understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a small team.
