Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Reigate, Surrey

We are currently working with an architectural practice, that now has a Part II Architectural Assistant job available. You would become part of an enthusiastic team, working on a mixture of project types including education, residential, façade, and commercial.

The practice was recently formed in 2022 but the Directors possess over 40 years of experience in the industry working on commercial and residential projects. The team already have formed a number of strong working relationships with clients and have plans for sustained growth over the next few years. With several current and upcoming projects, they are seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working under a project runner
  • Working across all stages
  • Production of planning and technical drawings
  • Using AutoCAD and Revit on a daily basis.

Required Skills & Experience

  • A minimum of 1-year post Part II qualification experience within the UK
  • Experience working on UK-based projects
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Ability with Revit would be highly beneficial
  • A good understanding of current UK building regulations
  • Enthusiasm to work as part of a small team.
