Part II Architectural Assistant Job in Harpenden, Hertfordshire

We are now working with a successful architectural practice that has a new Part II Architectural Assistant job focused on heritage and residential projects, working from their Hertfordshire office.

My client is an award-winning, multi-disciplinary design practice, their successful portfolio is primarily focused on heritage, bespoke residential and hospitality projects. The Hertfordshire office is made up of 6 people and they cover all RIBA stages. Due to continued success, they are currently seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their team.

Role & Responsibilities

-Assisting across all RIBA stages - Working on the production of planning and technical drawing packages - Production of presentation images.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified
  • Knowledge of UK planning regulations
  • Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, InDesign and SketchUp
  • Experience in conservation and bespoke residential would be highly beneficial
  • Due to the location of the office, you will need your own transport.

What you get back

  • Salary of £25,000 - £30,000
  • Support with Part III qualification.
