A well established and highly successful housing developer with work that varies from large scale housing to bespoke developments is currently seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join its design team.

The company was established over 25 years ago and with a focus on housing development projects varying in size from 1 to 90 homes. Due to the increase in workload they are seeking to grow the design team of 3 people with the appointment of a Part II Architectural assistant.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Working on the production of working drawing packages
  • Carrying out of additional support duties
  • Taking on responsibility for the running of project stages in time
  • Speaking with internal and external consultants
  • Site visits as required.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Part II qualified with a minimum of 2 years UK experience
  • Experience in using ArchiCAD is highly beneficial, but training will be offered
  • Residential project experience would be essential for the role
  • Confident communicator
  • Due to the need to visit site you will need a full driving licence.
