Our client has a new role Architectural Technician job on an initial contract of 3 months.
My client's portfolio includes education, residential, student accommodation, healthcare and civic and cultural projects. This role of Part II Architectural assistant would see you working on the production of technical drawing packages using Revit on a number of residential and education projects. You would be based from in the practices Winchester office for an initial contract of 3 months.
Role & Responsibilities
- Work on the production of design and technical drawings -Tender package stage 4
- Using Revit on a daily basis.
Required Skills & Experience
- RIBA part II qualified
- Good knowledge of UK regulations
- Experience in working on RIBA stage 4
- Strong skills in the use of Revit is essential.
What you get back
- Salary of £28,000 - £30,000.
