A Part II Architectural Assistant job is available in Winchester, Hampshire. This design led architectural practice works on large scale projects and offers a collaborative and creative environment, this is a role for those looking to shape the future of their career!

My client's portfolio includes education, residential, student accommodation, healthcare, and civic and cultural projects.

Due to continued success they are now seeking a Part II Architectural Assistant to join the team based in the centre of Winchester.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Project work will mostly be for residential projects but possibly education and healthcare
  • Working across all RIBA stages
  • Assist Architects on a variety of project duties
  • Production of concept drawing packages
  • Complete detail drawing packages
  • Use Revit and AutoCAD to a high standard.

Required Skills & Experience

  • UK project experience for a minimum of a year and appreciate UK planning and building regulations
  • Ideally have worked on residential, or education projects in the UK
  • Revit is essential for this position, applications without will not be considered
  • Possess a minimum of two years' experience in an architectural practice
  • A portfolio that demonstrates excellent creative design skills
  • Skilled in the use of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop.
