Part P Plumber
Job Type: Permanent
Start Date: Immediately
Location: Ladbroke Grove
Salary: £19.00-20.00 per hour

We are currently working on behalf of a housing association who are looking for a Part P Plumber to carry out repairs on occupied and void properties. This is a static role so no van and fuel card will be provided.

Daily responsibilities of a Part P Plumber are:

• General plumbing repairs
• Electric shower repairs
• Pumps and immersion heater repairs and installs
• Repair renewal works to plumbing installations

Requirements of a Part P Plumber are:

• Part P Certification
• City and Guilds Level 2/3 in Plumbing and Heating
• G3 Unvented Cylinder

Benefits for the Part P Plumber role:

• 8:00 am to 4:00 pm Monday to Friday
