Part time projects Administrator

A specialist M&E contractor specialising in full HVAC and M&E projects are looking for a friendly Administrator to work within a small, dynamic team based in Pall Mall Mon-Fri 10-3pm or 10-2pm, supporting the project managers Paid £20K- £23.5K depending on hours

As the successful administrator you will be;

  • Part Time Administrator will be based in an office in pall mall working within a small friendly team carrying out a range of administration duties
  • Part Time Administrator will be helping schedule and plan works
  • Part Time Administrator will be liaising with potential clients to arrange meetings and appointments
  • Part Time Administrator will be ordering parts and materials
  • Part Time Administrator will process and raise purchase orders in line with budgets
  • Part Time Administrator will assist with keeping the CAFM system updated
  • Part Time Administrator will be keeping all H&S documentation up to date
  • Part Time Administrator will be paid £20,000 - £23,500 basic subject to hours worked which are flexible

To be successful as the Administrator;

  • Part Time Administrator must have great time management and planning skills
  • Part Time Administrator will be experienced in diary management
  • Part Time Administrator will have strong experience on Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Part Time Administrator will benefit from having experience previously working within an FM/Building services company
  • Part Time Administrator will be based within easy access to Pall Mall

Part time Administrator will be paid £20,000 - £23,000 basic + holiday
